The Xhorse XDMQBAGL MQB48 Adapter is a professional tool designed to work with the VVDI MLB Tool for reading immobilizer (IMMO) data from MQB48 keys without the need to disassemble the vehicle’s instrument cluster. Instead, only the key is opened, and two simple wires are soldered. This makes the process safer, faster, and easier compared to traditional bench methods.
With low risk, simple operation, and wide compatibility, this adapter is ideal for locksmiths and technicians who frequently add or program keys for MQB48 Megamos AES platforms.
The MQB48 Adapter simplifies IMMO data extraction and key programming for MQB48 systems. Instead of removing the cluster, users can directly read the CS code (component security data) from a working key. Once the data is extracted, it can be used with VVDI2, Key Tool Plus, or Key Tool MIDI to generate and program new keys.
This adapter significantly reduces labor time, minimizes risk of damage, and provides a more efficient solution for adding or replacing MQB48 keys.
